Brassica is like if chipotle and cava had a kid and that kid has a trust fund. What I’d call elevated fast casual, Brassica is where clean, whole food ingredients meets the American urge to throw everything into a bowl and inhale it in 3 minutes flat. And I loved every second of it. Counter staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The portion sizes they keep on the line are very small, guaranteeing only the freshest of ingredients. A nice variety of topping choices while still remaining extremely simple. I don’t know what kind of spices they put in the rice but it was unique and I kept wanting to go back for more. Definitely pricey when stacked against some of its competitors, but worth it IMO.
If you’re looking for affordable, healthy, and most importantly DELICIOUS, look no farther. Initially I thought this was another rip off, overpriced, bland place for the rich. Well I can tell you I was very wrong. I paid under 15 bucks for a bowl loaded with fresh flavorful vegetables, grains, and meat! The price is similar to chipotle and bibipop yet the food is by far better in terms of quality and flavor!!
Wow! 1st timer and I am in love! I got the salad and tried everything separately 1st bc I wanted to experience it! Wow is all I can say! Everything had just great flavor! It is hard to say what my favorite thing is. The people working there were so nice and took their time with me and helped me create my salad bowl! Soooo good! Will definitely be going back! Their minty lemonade was a nice refreshing twist! Thank you so much to the staff the was working tonight! You helped make my 1st experience with Brassica an amazing one!
The service was really good! My aunt wanted to go to a healthy food spot so we tried Brassica and it was delicious!
So friendly, great experience all around. They never disappoint. Everything is so consistent across all locations. I love the salad bowl with chicken and vegees with garlic sauce. I always add a little roasted red pepper on top of my hummus for added flavor too. Hubby always gets the pita sandwich and live their chickpea chocolate chip cookie 🍪
Had a wonderful time here with 4 friends. Got a bowl and loaded it with vegetables (all veggies, no falafel or chicken) and it came out to less than $12. Healthy and delicious meals, great value, would come back again. Came on a Friday 7pm and there was plenty of seating. Staff was very friendly and nice.
This is one of my favorite restaurants to go in Columbus! Regardless of how busy they get, the staff are ALWAYS so kind and courteous. I’m sincerely impressed by the quality and attitude of the staff here, a truly refreshing dining experience. The food is delicious, very consistent in quality and feels good to eat. I always leave here full but without feeling unwell, also very refreshing. So grateful this Brassica gives my partner and I a near weekly dining experience that is always amazing!
Brassica is now one of my favorites in Columbus. It was my first time and everyone was so helpful and allowed me to sample everything to help with my decisions. The roasted eggplant was delicious and the flavors marry together so well! A little pricey but worth it in my opinion!
I’m from Florida but every time i come to Columbus I would definitely try this place .. every time this place exceeds my expectations.. food is very delicious and great.. all employees were eager and enthusiastic.. ready to help you .. I will highly recommend this place .. their pita bread is so soft and puffy..
The salad bowl is very good. I didnt think id like everything mixed together, and I dont really like beets, but even the beets were good. Ill have e to try the falafel next time. This is a cozy little restaurant.
